Overhead Skips

REKERS overhead skips supply stationary production stations (i. e. block machines). The coupling of the overhead skip control system with the batching plant and production control systems ensures an uninterrupted production.

Our concrete distribution system guarantees a flexible concrete supply for precast concrete components. The concrete distributor can be supplied by an overhead skip.

Rekers overhead skips, designed for straight and curved tracks, enabling a 20% gradient. Skip capacity up to 3000 l (special sizes on request).

The latest generation Rekers overhead skips from 2001 are available with two- or fourwheel drive, depending on speed and gradient. Speeds up to 250 m/min are possible (frequency controlled).

Concrete allocator

The concrete feed is infinitely adjustable. Discharge devices: conveyor belt, rotary vane, skip, worm, etc..

By removing the distributor unit, the REKERS concrete distributor for filling moulds and formworks can also be used as a normal crane.

The skip can be controlled in automatic and manual mode.

The power supply to and control of the skip is by means of UNOPOL-bus bars, especially developed by Rekers. The continuous copper conductor ensures an excellent power transfer and a perfect connection throughout the track system.

Our flexible multi-track system with optional points allows either a single skip to supply several production stations or several skips to operate in one track.

Our new travel drives enable an optimized bucket filling.
