Manhole Handling

The special Rekers Manipulator for the fully automatic handling of manhole and catchpit rings. Closed loop system with set ring return, cleaning and stacking of the base ring as well as storing the fresh product for curing and stacking the finished product on the outfeed conveyor.

Product in self-stacking racks for efficient curing within a minimum floor area. Product size from 800 - 1500 mm diameter and height to 2000 mm.

Special Manipulator for handling manholes and catchpit rings as well as self-stacking racks.

It is possible to handle triple (up to) 1000 mm rings or double 1200 and 1500 mm rings without changing the grab.
