REKERS overhead skips supply stationary production stations (i. e. block machines). The coupling of the overhead skip control system with the batching plant and production control systems ensures an uninterrupted production.
The REKERS concrete distribution system guarantees a flexible concrete supply for precast concrete components. The concrete distributor can be supplied by an overhead skip. |

Rekers overhead skips, designed for straight and curved tracks, enabling a 20% gradient. Skip capacity up to 3000 l (special sizes on request). The latest generation Rekers overhead skips are available with two- or fourwheel drive, depending on speed and gradient. Speeds up to 250 m/min are possible (frequency controlled).

Tandem-Skips allow delivery of two diffent types of concrete such as base and face mix at the block machine in one ride.The tamdem skip solution is paticularly recommended in Colour-Blend applications.

Buckets for rotating discharge travel on single or dual tracks. As during travelling their outlet is turned to the top, even liquid concrete will safely stay inside the bucket. As the concrete inside the roll-over dumps doesn't drop onto one spot, de-mixing of the product during discharging is avaoided.

Skips with bottom discharge allow easy discharge of one batch at one, two or more locations. The opening directions is in-line with the track or perpendicular to ist, depending on local requirements. Their rounded corners allow easy cleaning in the wash-out station which is also part of our supply.

Mono- or duorails can be provided. The rail-design depends on our customer's needs. Whilst the monorail is recommended for rather straight and short distances of up to 8%, the REKERs duorail allows high travelling speeds around curves and inclinations / descends.
Silent and powerful. Polyurethane lined wheels offer many benefits: apart from a very good traction also on wet tracks their noise level is under 85 dB(A). Low wear of support and guide wheels mean low maintenance, too.
