Packaging. A variety of different packaging systems is available in order to act as stand-alone or combined packaging solution, giving the product transport protection and appearance.

Horizontal wrapping. A common, reliable and environmentally friendly solution usings polyethylen or polypropylen straps is solid and easy to open on site. Wrapping small products prior to cubing streamlines the cubing process as it makes clamping of small product layer safer.

Vertical wrapping. As a second stage wrapping station the vertical wrap increases transport safety and helps to avoid damage on the face-mix side of the product as horizontal movement of layers is avoided. Packs wit or without pallets can be wrapped vertically.

Stretch wrapping units cover product packs and their transportation pallets into pre-stretched. Different wrapping modes allow safe and inexpensive transportation tailored to the requierements.

Shrink hood units . These packaging solutions are recommended when it comes to demanding packing requirements. Shrink hoods do not only protect the packs from heavy, they also have prooven their flexibility when pack dimensions vary a lot. After covering up to threedifferent hood sizes loosely over the pack they are being heat shrinked to allow full product protection.

Stretch hood units. Their clear transparent packaging material gives a good impression of the pack's appearance. Many producers use hoods with their company or product logos printed onto it. Flyers and product information can be laid in between packs and hood. Apart from their neat appearance the robust hoods keep the packs and their pallets in shape.

Documented quality. Fully automated labeling and printing of product and production data can be facilitated on the packaging lin. Also labels or product information flyers can be laid onto the packs prior to further packaging.
