REKERS Concrete Allocators are for precise filling of moulds and formworks. Based on the Rekers control system which integrates the mixer's activities into the process, the fully automated system supports precise production of concrete products repetitively.
The power supply to and control of the skip is by means of UNOPOL-bus bars, especially developed by Rekers. The continuous copper conductor ensures an excellent power transfer and a perfect connection throughout the track system when gantry trolley, portal or semi-portal solutions com into action.
The concrete feed is infinitely adjustable. Twin bucket solutions for core and face-mix applications are available. Discharge devices are conveyor belts, rotary vanes, skips, worms and other solution s which depend on your local requirements |
