Rekers Fully Variable Vibration |
|
|
Engineered to shake and vibrate concrete. The REKERS patented fully variable force / frequency servo motor vibration system precisely adjusts cycle to cycle to “shake” the mould for uniform cavity filling and to intensely “vibrate” the concrete to the required density over a wide product range. The vibrator has a long service life, has excellent reliability and is easy to maintain. The Rekers variable force / frequency servo drive vibration system will consistently maintain the vertical amplitude over the full single table area selected by the operator. This combined with the interleaved fixed static bars results in a repeatable square wave / “shock vibration” in the board / mould / semi-dry concrete mix. This “shock vibration” produces the uniform fill and an outstanding compaction for a wide range of concrete products to give them superior density and strength.
New, and already the standard. The vibrator table force is infinitely variable between 0 and 225 kN at 3,000 r.p.m. to optimise the production of a wide range of concrete products, for example between 40 mm thick pavers and 1,200 kg revetment blocks, per production cycle, etc.

Technical highlights. The design of the 2 Rekers variable force shafts under the single vibrator table on rubber buffers is the industry's only true fully symmetrical vibration system. The 2 Rekers variable force shafts with their unique 'no vibration no load' characteristic guarantee the highest reliability and a long service life. The frequency, force (variable per side) and direction (off-set) of the amplitude can be changed during the vibration cycle for precise control of mould filling, a unique Rekers feature.
Shock-Vibration. The vertical amplitude of the vibrator table combined with the fixed static bars produces 'shock vibration' in the board / mould / concrete for outstanding compaction. All horizontal forces are fully contained within the massive vibrator frame and not the vibrator table as in other systems for fatigue-free operation.
A mechanical torque equaliser is fitted between the eccen-tric pairs of the variable force shafts to ensure a uniform power requirement for all servo drive motors. The system releases no external energy (re-generation), even under “no-load” conditions. Easy preventive maintenance / repair with only 2 major components, the (2) variable force shafts (using the unique hinged vibrator frame) and the (4) motor / drive shafts, that can be exchanged without removing the table / static bars in less than 1 hour. Easy routine maintenance with only 4 main / 4 secondary greasing points to a common manifold. Can be connected to the optional auto lubrication system. Compact design allows the Rekers system to be retro-fitted in many older / other block machines.
