The REKERS Universal Block Machine RS-1-KV allows economic production of a wide variety of different concrete products in terms of density and geometry. The block machine is designed for products between 30 to 300 mm height.

The REKERS Block Machine meets the regulations as per DIN, UVV, EN, VDE, CE and CSA.

• Height adjustment for hopper and feedbox via movable frame by means of both mould lifting cylinders.
• Optimum utilisation of the board width in order to transfer the compaction forces by means of vibrating strips and static bars.
• Large-scale hopper trap for optimum cleaning of the coarse mix and face mix hopper.
• Self-supporting coarse mix feedbox incl. hydraulic shuttle grid. Optimum and individual adjustment of speed, force and distance.

Cubing of two boards at the same time onto an euro-pallet 1200 x 800 mm, or of three boards onto an euro-pallet 1200 x 1200 mm.
