Rekers hardware for special testing purposes work with different testing principles in order to measure the product's impermeability or the dimensions of pipes, bell and spigot ends. Software solutions help to support testing, to generate, to document and to store quality control data.
Hydrostatic testing stations for example check impermeability of pipe diameters ranging from 300 to 1600 mm with a pipe lenght upto 3000 mm. They are also available as a combined hydrostatic / vacuum testing stations and can be fully integrated into an automatic pipe handling system with a cycle time of approx 1.5 min for a pipe diameter of 300 - 600 mm.

The measuring station checks the bell and/or spigot end of the cured pipes against the FBS-quality standard as well as against other international and/or company standards. The test values can be displayed on the control system monitor or printed. The measuring head can be rotating wheel in contact with the pipe or a rotating contactless laser head.

The Rekers test line allow pipes to be deburred, tested and marked in accordance with the relevant quality standard. The test line can be integrated into a fully automatic pipe handling system but can also be used for pipes placed on the conveyor by forklift truck.

Analysis is based on detailed graphical representation of the resent control parameters. They allow instant information about the product. the results of the testing procedure can be documents are stored for future use nd production enhancement.
