Rekers Manipulators take care of all relevant steps. They put fresh pipes on baserings into the production machine and fresh pipes with jackets into the curing area. Rotating manipulators remove pipes from the production machine, present them for finishing, hand them over to the curing manipulator, return setrings and insert cages.

Two Manipulators operate on the same track to facilitate loading and unloading of pipes. Integrated basering handing and pipe testing.
Rekers manupulators are available for all different pipe types, sizes and lengths, 90° or 180° rotation, usually with an integrated pipe type recognition sensor.
