Cured product can be transferred from the curing racks to the cuber in different ways: similar to the green side v-belt, latch-type or chain conveyors take care of safe transportation. The smoothly operating walking beam conveyor is particularly recommended for product protection and low-wear movement of production boards.

On the dry side Rekers offers several procedures to enhance cured product e.g. by means of the Rekers Stone Antiquer for 'aging' or other systems for refining processes.

Get Packed. To allow short cycle times doubling stations can be applied in the dry side. They put two layers of product above each other to save every second operating cycle of the cuber. Our range of marshalling tables re-roup the layers for ultimate flexibily on pallet usage or creation of void packs.

Board cleaning. After finishing the production cycle the empty boards will be brushed and oiled in order to be prepared for a new cycle. Depending on the production modus they can be buffered or stored with a dedicated board handling system.
