Elevator, transfer car, curing racks and lowerator with capacities of up to 24 tons take care of the fully automatic curing of green product and all the logistic involved in that process.
The finger / transfer car handles the boards from and to the curing system and is operated by state-of-art brushless servo drives. The finger and transfer car have catenary power / control cables to transfer all the functions from the stationary switchgear cabinets - it is not necessary to have the control system mounted on the car. Rotation (curing racks opposite production area) and dual height (for high products) options are available.
The dynamic buffer with hydraulically operated section works together with the lowerator to ensure no cycle times loss. A dual height option can also be integrated and the adjustment can be done by the finger car or hydraulically.

Informationsfluß vor Materialfluss. Die vollautomatische Beschickung der Regalanlage übernimmt der Gabelwagen. Die intelligente Steuerung weist dem Gabelwagen ständig die optimale Position zum schnellen Erreichen des nächsten Einsatzortes an der Hub- oder Senkleiter zu. Das oberste Gebot ist dabei die Vermeidung von Engpässen. Seine Auslegung richtet sich nach den örtlichen Gegebenheiten: bis zu vier Paletten pro Etage und bis zu 28 Etagen übereinander sind genauso möglich wie die Drehung des Gabelwagens um die Hochachse - ohne mitfahrende Schaltgeräte.
