Tilt mould machine RK1

The tilt mould machine RK1 is an automatic vibrating press for producing special vibrated and compressed elements.

This machine is especially suited for products which have to be turned over for their extraction. In its forming area the machine can produce a wide range of products as: culverts, wells, channels, blocks and many others with or without steel reinforcement.

Vibration is performed by a special vibrating chassis where the mould is blocked by pins or a fast hydraulic device. This vibration system together with our extractor device allows to produces concrete products with or without a little conical shape.

The REKERS tilt mould machine RK1 is available in mobile version as well as stationary version.
