Power, reliability and performance are the trademark of REKERS cubers.\u00a0<\/strong> They build product packs from single layers of concrete products.\u00a0 Servo drive all-wheel travel, servo drive lifting and the servo drive rotating hydraulic clamp allows fast and precise cuber movements.<\/p>\n

The cuber is a key component.<\/strong>\u00a0 It stacks single or more product layers directly on the packaging conveyor or on a shipping pallet and by rotating the layers it forms a stable pack suitable for transport.<\/p>\n

Teamwork.<\/strong> Working together with the cuber a product compactor, a product doubler or pre-cuber allows for the reconfiguration of the product layers within a cycle time that more than matches that of the block machine.<\/p>\n

Tricky logistical tasks such as reconfiguring and\/or forming void layers or handling very thin product layers<\/strong> and forming them into a pack suitable for transport can be reliablity done by the REKERS product slide\/separator\/void tables and the cuber<\/p>\n

Future energy saving.<\/strong> The REKERS cuber with its servo motor drive not only positions to within the millimeter, but the energy released during braking is returned to the supply net thereby saving energy and dramatically reducing maintenance.<\/p>\n<\/div>
