The RSP-500 brick press<\/strong> sets new standards in the manufacture of sustainable building products: The brick press enables the production of CO2-negative fa\u00e7ade blocks and brick slips using neither cement nor clay<\/strong>. Instead, the brick press relies on recycled materials, including steel slag and special binding agents, which achieve an impressive 80% recycled content. By binding 60 kg of CO2 per tonne of facing brick, the RSP-500 makes a significant contribution to climate protection.<\/p>\n

The RSP-500 combines two proven technologies: the efficiency of the block machine with a circulation system for production boards and the powerful hydraulics of a sand-lime brick press. The state-of-the-art hydraulic technology compacts the recycled aggregates in the mould under high pressure. This controlled compaction produces an extremely stable blank, which is precisely demoulded on the production board, similar to classic block machines. But that’s not all, another advantage is the production of corner bricks, which are covered on two sides with the sophisticated facing layer so that the fa\u00e7ade bricks can be used individually. This unique combination not only increases product quality, but also the speed and efficiency of the production process and makes it possible to produce large quantities of high-strength bricks in less time – ideal for industrial requirements that demand the highest levels of precision and quality.<\/p>\n

Another highlight of the RSP-500 is its well thought-out and practical design. The machine is rotated 90\u00b0 to the direction of production, which provides an optimum view of the production process and also makes cleaning and maintenance easier. The most important components are designed so that they are easily accessible at all times. This applies in particular to the areas of the filling process and the bunkers on the coarse and face mix, which can be easily opened for maintenance work if required. This well thought-out design makes the RSP-500 not only particularly efficient and durable, but also easy to maintain, which increases machine availability and reduces operating costs.<\/p>\n
