Aerated Concrete

Special REKERS plants gaurantee the rational production of aerated concrete blocks.  These systems include the precise cutting of the concrete blocks, the loading of the autoclaves, the automatic cleaning and oiling of the moulds and their return transport to filling .  Robots undertake customer specific packaging requirements including strapping and shrinkfilm.  Our plants reach a capacity of up to 180 packs per hour.
