Sevice.  Service hotline, remote diagnosis, express spare parts shipment within a few hours, training for operators and mantenance personnel is the customary service we offer our customers.  Our trained personnel on the service hotline and the spare parts service are at your call.

We are pleased to offer our support for capacity issues in plant and equipment, modifications, programming issues, commissioning, routine maintenance and maintenance.

Quick response times are important to us.  In order to ensure an economic production, the range of our service also includes modernizing, inspection contracts for routine maintenance, providing spare parts proposals or consultation services to improve product quality up to optimizing the entire process.

Operator training.  The productivity and profitability of concrete product production is dependent on many factors.  An aspect that is often neglected is the importance of continuously certifying personnel, because the key to higher performance and better quality are well trained operators and maintenance technicians.  To be a strong partner in certifying personnel REKERS regularly holds service traing sessions in Spelle and in an operating concrete products plant.

On-site training programs.  It is also possible to give group training on-site – for operators, techncians and of course maintenance personnel.  During commissioning and also to optimize an operating plant.

Individual program.  The emphasis in the seminars we offer is on the REKERS equipment range, but the experience level of the individual participants is taken into account.  The optimum class size and the combination of theory and practice ensure a high learning take-up.
